John. A. Fisher is a Notary Public for England and Wales. He received his Diploma in Notarial Studies from Cambridge University and obtained a L..L.B, 2:1 grade, from Leeds University in 1973. 

John was admitted as a solicitor in England on 1 March 1977 and did his training with Allen & Overy. He spent 8 years practising as a solicitor in Hong Kong where he is not only admitted as a solicitor but is also a Hong Kong Notary Public."

Fishers is a member of the Notaries Society and is bound by its strict rules of conduct and competence. Fishers is also regulated by The Law Society in respect of its legal business. Fishers’ notarial and legal business is insured by solicitors’ compulsory indemnity insurance. Such compulsory insurance arrangements necessarily include contributions to a Compensation Fund.
